The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all PROJECTS Departments.
Project Quality Control is a Projects unit that is responsible for the assessment of, approval of, quality reports of and improvement advices in the BETONIQ projects.
Project Quality Control consists of a QA/QC Project Manager, QA/QC Project Assistants, QA/QC Project Docs Controller and QA/QC Project Timekeeper.
