The CFO of the BETONIQ JV is responsible for the "Finance & Legal Affairs" department.
In the "Finance & Legal Affairs" department, contracts of BETONIQ are reviewed and other legal issues are assessed. Because contract management is very close to financial management, the legal staff is combined with the financial staff. Also the need to be financially in control as a condition for accounting approval and the implementation and execution of the risk management systems that are necessary at running large development projects combined with large production facilities, call for close collaboration between legal and finance staff.
