MTG16 Agenda BETONIQ JV - Annual Acquisition Plan Meetings
Some weeks before the December BETONIQ JV - Acquisitions Meeting, the Project Managers, Real Estate Agents and this years Acquisition Managers create a new Annual Acquisition Plan for the coming year using Wi07 Registration Project and Acquisition Information and present it to the General Manager and the Board of Directors of the BETONIQ JV. After some possible adjustments, the General Manager communicates this plan with the Board of Directors of the BETONIQ JV. The CEO of the BETONIQ JV will then send the Annual Acquisition Plan to the CEO of BETONIQ Factories Ltd..
In this Annual Acquisition Plan there must be clear goals regarding the number of apartments, houses and other buildings the Project Managers and Real Estate Agents think to purchase and sold, how to achieve this and what the necessary acquisition budget should be. These plans will be used by the General Manager and the Executive Board to establish the Acquisition Budget and to estimate production and turnover
Attending persons: Project Managers, Real Estate Agents and this years Acquisition Managers.
Frequency: 1x per year (last weeks of November).
