MTG14 Agenda BETONIQ JV - Employee Input & Goals Meetings

Employee Input & Goals Meetings have a two-way character. The Manager and the Employee both talk about their performance and the performance of the other party and discuss what both parties could do to improve performance on both sides. In the last week of May of each year, the Factory Manager, the Senior Project Manager, the Finance Manager / Controller, and the HR Manager organize Employee Input & Goals Meetings with all personnel of their Departments. All reports of these meetings will be transferred to the CEO in the first week of June. In the second and third week of June of each year the CEO organizes Employee Input & Goals Meetings with the Factory Manager, the Senior Project Manager, the Finance Manager / Controller, and the HR Manager. These meetings are partly based on the input of the Employee Input & Goals Meeting reports of the week before. The CEO can transfer these Meetings to other Chief Executives if necessary.

Details:
Attending persons: Factory Manager, the Senior Project Manager, the Finance Manager / Controller, and the HR Manager and people of their departments individually.
Frequency: 1x per year (last week of May).
