MTG08 Agenda BETONIQ JV - Project Evaluation Meeting
After finishing a building project, every project will be evaluated by the Senior Project Manager, Factory Manager, Senior Sales Manager, the Project Managers and Real Estate Agent. Here, according to step 12 of Pr1 Acquisition, Development and Sales, the project will be evaluated.
The goal of the Project Evaluation is to see where improvements are possible and register those options. These registration will later be used, for example in the Annual Strategy Meetings or Projects Meeting.
The results of the Project Evaluation are written down in the Fo05 Project Evaluation form by the Senior Project Manager and are distributed within 3 days after the meeting. The General Manager, the Board of Directors of the BETONIQ JV and the Board of Directors of BETONIQ Factories Ltd. always receive a copy of the Fo05 Project Evaluation form.
Attending persons: Attending persons: Senior Project Manager, Factory Manager, Senior Sales Manager, the Project Managers and the Real Estate Agent and - if they wish to be present - the General Manager and members of the Board of Directors of the BETONIQ JV.
Frequency: once (within 1 week after the project is delivered).
