§4.2.2 Quality System Manual

In this Quality System manual is explained how business policy and internal agreements, such as quality policy, organizational and business goals are set.

The policy principles that don’t (or rarely) change will be directly written in the Quality System Manual. Arrangements with a more temporary nature are defined elsewhere (with the use of procedure Pr3 Internal Evaluation, Pr4 Problem Registration and Pr5 System Control and Improvement).

Due to the layout of the contents of the Quality System Manual a direct link with the paragraphs of the standard NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2000 is established.
