QUALITY SYSTEM MANUAL
§3 Terms and Definitions


Accountant
A BETONIQ Accountant is a employee working at the Finance & Legal Affairs Department regarding Debtors and Creditors or as a Payroll Clerk. The Accountant keeps, audits and inspect the financial records of the BETONIQ business. The Accountant also prepares financial reports, like tax reports.

Acquisition Lists
The "Acquisition Lists" are overviews of all current acquisitions of projects or orders that the BETONIQ organization tries to purchase. The list refers to the Acquisitions Sheets that are kept for every acquisition.

Acquisition Manager
For every acquisition one Acquisition Manager is appointed and registered on the regarding Acquisition Sheet. It’s his task to keep record of all important developments regarding the acquisition in the Acquisition Sheets and also directly inform the Executive Board of the regarding BETONIQ entity about the progress that is made in this acquisition.

Acquisitions Meeting
In the BETONIQ - Acquisitions Meeting all pending acquisitions are discussed regarding the progress of the acquisitions but also the different acquisition strategies, the preferable designs etcetera.

Acquisition sheet
An Acquisition Sheet is a special document where the progress of an acquisition is logged by the Acquisition Manager.

Annual Desig Plan
An Annual Design Plan is a plan that each year is made by the Design Department of BETONIQ Factories Ltd. where the design goals for the new year are set.

Annual Plan
An Annual Plan is a plan that each year is made by the Board of Directors of BETONIQ Entities where the goals for the new year are set.

Assistant Production Planner
The Assistant Production Planner assists the Production Planner in planning an optimal production process in the BETONIQ Factory.

Assistant Production Surveyor
The Assistant Production Surveyor helps the Production Surveyor to secure the required amounts of materials in the production process.

Bending Machine Assistant
The Bending Machine Assistant assists the Bending Machine Operator by supplying materials, moving rebar products and other necessary applying work.

Bending Machine Operator
The Bending Machine Operator operates the cutting/bending machine to do the cutting of steel bars as per the design and to make the fabric/binding of the bars as per the design.

BETONIQ Charm Program
The BETONIQ Charm Program is created to improve and secure the Social, Cultural and Political goodwill of the BETONIQ Company. Helping solving political issues (like housing shortages) should also improve the cooperation with the government, for example to get building permits easier.

BETONIQ Factory
A BETONIQ JV holds one ore more BETONIQ Factories. Each BETONIQ Factory is the organization that produces and erects the entire project and consists of two Departments: Production and Projects. Other departments are located central so one ore more BETONIQ Factories can use the same central departments.

BETONIQ Financial Administration
The BETONIQ Financial Administration provides information about the financial position, performance and changes in financial position of the BetoniQ JV that is useful to internal and external users in making economic decisions. Therefore the financial statements from this administration must be understandable, relevant, reliable and comparable. Reported assets, liabilities, equity, income and expenses are directly related to the organization's financial position.

BETONIQ JV (Joint Venture)
BETONIQ will create several Joint Ventures with local partners to be successful in local markets. The first Joint Venture is Aun City Ghana Development Ltd. Joint Ventures like Sun City Ghana Development Ltd. can also be part of other Joint Ventures. Each Joint Venture will have their own Executive Board and a setup similar to the BETONIQ Organization Chart. Each BETONIQ Joint venture can hold one or several BETONIQ factories.

BETONIQ Project Administration
Because BETONIQ is primary a Real Estate Development company, all activities are sorted by projects. Every projects has it's own dedicated budget and dedicated persons working on the project. Also in the factory, the working hours and raw materials will be dedicated to the specific project it is used for. The work of the common departments (Finance & Legal Affairs, HR & Administration, Sales and Design) will be partly directly dedicated to the projects. All other work will be 'sold' internally as common work in a percentage of the investment of the project connected to the regarding month. This system is called the BETONIQ Project Administration. This system runs independent from the BETONIQ Financial Administration that gets most of its data from the BETONIQ Project Administration.

BPMP (BETONIQ Products Monitoring Program)
The BETONIQ Products Monitoring Program follows all precast elements that are produced in the BETONIQ Factories from the internal CAD stations, trough the factory (with its Quality Control processes) to the stockyard and construction site.

Branding Assessment Meeting
Obviously it is very important to nurture the BETONIQ Brand. To do this BETONIQ uses the BETONIQ Charm Program that will be assessed periodically (once a month) by the General Manager, the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Sales Manager, the Marketing Manager, Web Designer and Office Assistant in a meeting that is called the BETONIQ Branding Assessment Meeting. Part of this meeting is the status of the Relation Management.

CAD Detailer
A CAD Detailer processes rough designs of the CAD Draughtsmen and Static Engineers into detailed CAD drawings.

CAD Draughtsman
A CAD Draughtsman creates overall designs designs of the BETONIQ projects.

Carpentry Foreman
The Carpentry Foreman is responsible for the activities of the workers of the Carpentry unit.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Typically, the CEO has responsibilities as a director, decision maker, leader, manager and executor. The communicator role involves the press and the rest of the outside world, as well as the organization's management and employees; the decision-making role involves high-level decisions about policy and strategy. As a leader of the company, the CEO advises the Executive Board of directors, motivates employees, and drives change within the organization. As a manager, the CEO presides over the organization's day-to-day operations. See also below: CEO BETONIQ Factories Ltd. / CEO BETONIQ JV.

Chief Executive Officer BETONIQ Factories Ltd. (CEO BETONIQ Factories Ltd.)
The CEO BETONIQ Factories Ltd. realises the aim of the organization as described in the statues of BETONIQ Factories Ltd. To realize this the CEO BETONIQ Factories Ltd. sees to it that the Executive Board acts as a team and the necessary management information is generated and assessed by the Executive Board to make the decisions that are needed to improve the performance of the entire organization.

Chief Executive Officer BETONIQ JV (CEO BETONIQ JV)
The CEO BETONIQ JV realises the aim of the organization as described in the statues of the BETONIQ JV. To realize this the CEO BETONIQ JV sees to it that the Executive Board of a BETONIQ JV acts as a team and the necessary management information is generated and assessed by the Executive Board of a BETONIQ JV to make the decisions that are needed to improve the performance of the entire organization.

Chief Financial Officer BETONIQ Factories Ltd. (CFO BETONIQ Factories Ltd.)
The CFO BETONIQ Factories Ltd. is the primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation. This officer is also responsible for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to higher management. The CFO BETONIQ Factories Ltd. supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. The CFO BETONIQ Factories Ltd. reports directly to the CEO BETONIQ Factories Ltd. and directly assists the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BETONIQ Factories Ltd. on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.

Chief Operations Officer BETONIQ Factories Ltd. (COO BETONIQ Factories Ltd.)
The COO BETONIQ Factories Ltd. is responsible for the daily operation of the company, and routinely reports to the CEO BETONIQ Factories Ltd.

Company Lawyer
The Company Lawyer secures various situations with legal impact the company gets into, in a way that is in the best interest for the BETONIQ JV. This regards situations where shareholders, management, employees, creditors, and other stakeholders such as consumers, the community and the environment interact with one another.

Concrete Engineer
The Concrete Engineer is overall responsible for inspection and testing of concrete and its raw material.

Concrete Engineer Assistant
The Concrete Engineer Assistant assists the Concrete Engineer in inspecting and testing of concrete and its raw material.

Concrete Finisher
The Concrete Finisher smooths the surface of the visible concrete in the moulds, based on the instructions of the Concreting Foreman. This can be on the precast Pallets (tables) or in solitary formwork.

Concrete Pourer
The Concrete Pourer pours concrete in the moulds, based on the instructions of the Concreting Foreman. This can be on the precast Pallets (tables) or in solitary formwork.

Concreting Foreman
The Concreting Foreman is responsible for all work in the Concreting unit, where concrete is poured into all moulds that are produced in the BETONIQ Factory, where visible concrete surface is cured and where hardened concrete elements are de-moulded.

Customer
The projects are mainly sold to individuals (housing), to municipalities and public authorities (like apartments for police officers, parking garages, hospitals, port and other infrastructure projects), investment companies (like office buildings and shopping centres) and user-owners (like hotel operators, public buildings, stadiums, cinemas etcetera). All these entities should be regarded as Customers of BETONIQ. Customer Satisfaction should be regarded as our most important asset.

Customers Satisfaction
Customer Satisfaction is our most important asset and will play a central role in our Quality System and can be found in periodical and final project evaluations.

De-moulding Foreman
The De-moulding Foreman is responsible for releasing all prefab concrete work from the moulds in the BETONIQ Factory.

De-moulding Operative
The De-moulding Operative releases precast concrete from all moulds in the BETONIQ Factory. This can be on the precast Pallets (tables) or in solitary formwork.

Departments
Each BETONIQ JV consists of four departments (with the responsible manager between brackets) plus one or more BETONIQ Factories: Finance & Legal Affairs - [Finance Manager] HR & Administration - [HR Manager] Sales - [Senior Sales Manager] Design - [Design Manager] Each BETONIQ Factory is managed by the General Manager and consists of two departments: Production - [Factory Manager] Projects - [Senior Project Manager] In the BETONIQ JV Organization Chart is the layout of each department shown.

Design
In the Design department overviews and detailed drawings of the project developments within a BETONIQ JV are made. These designs are used for acquisition purposes as well as for building permits and the actual realization of the project.

Design Coordinator
The Design Coordinator makes sure the designs and calculations of the BETONIQ's JV Design department are finished in time and are adjusted to each other.

Design Manager
The Design Manager controls the Design department of a BETONIQ JV and provide the Production and Projects departments of the different regarding BETONIQ Factories on time with the necessary drawings in the required quality.

Development Assessment Meeting
Part of the BETONIQ Contract Management Module is the periodical evaluation of legal and finance developments by the involved BETONIQ Managers. But also to be on the cutting edge of our production method, BETONIQ periodical assesses technological developments regarding the production and construction methods, and assesses developments regarding Natural (sustainable) and Urban developments. This periodical evaluation is called the BETONIQ JV - Development Assessment Meeting and will be organized once a month.

Document Controller
The Document Controller organizes the printing and filing of drawings and the version management of the drawings of all designs of the BETONIQ JV's projects.

Door & Window Installer
The Door & Window Installer builds and installs all doors and windows in the BETONIQ projects plus all related work.

Electrical Foreman
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for the activities of the on site Electricians.

Electrician
The Electrician assists the Electrical Foreman in installing all on site electric lines and appliances plus all other related work.

Employee Engagement Program
To establish being an important provider for local employment and to continue securing the jobs of local employees, BETONIQ created the Employee Engagement Program that will use pension schemes to help employees acquiring homes and will also anticipate on cultural aspects by being flexible regarding family events and local or national cultural events.

Employee Evaluation Meeting
The BETONIQ JV Employee Evaluation Meeting (Year-end Interviews) have a one-way character where the manager present their evaluation of the performance of the Employee and the Employee reactions to these remarks.

Employee Input & Goals Meeting
The BETONIQ JV Employee Input & Goals Meeting has a two-way character. The Manager and the Employee both talk about their performance and the performance of the other party and discuss what both parties could do to improve performance on both sides.

Employee Safety Program (HSE)
The Employee Safety Program is described in the Safety Handbook. It shows safety related activities of BETONIQ and its sub-contractors that are to be implemented in the factory and its construction sites. HSE stands for "Health, Safety and Environment". The Safety Handbook represents the plan for performing work safely, protecting personnel, property and equipment.

Erection Foreman
The Erection Foreman is responsible for the activities of the on site Erection team.

Erection Operative
The Erection Operative assists the Erection Foreman in erecting the precast concrete elements on site and all related work.

Erection Supervisor
The Erection Supervisor is responsible for all work in the Erection Unit, where all precast concrete elements are positioned and fixed on site in the BETONIQ projects.

EtudiQ
The term EtudiQ stands for the education program of BETONIQ Factories Ltd. where these education programs are developed sometimes in cooperation with local education institutes. QA/QC employees are also the EtudiQ Teachers.

Executive Board Meeting
There are two kinds of Executive Board Meetings in the BETONIQ Organization: The BETONIQ JV Executive Board Meeting and the BETONIQ Factories Ltd. Executive Board Meeting where the regarding Executive Board Members meet and discuss the way the (part of the) company is managed.

Executive Board
The Executive Board of a BETONIQ JV consists of the CEO BETONIQ JV responsible for the daily management of the entire organization and other Executive Board-members The term 'Executive' will be used exclusively to address the Executive Board Members. BETONIQ Factories also uses an Executive Board that consists of the CEO BETONIQ Factories Ltd., the CFO BETONIQ Factories Ltd. and the COO BETONIQ Factories Ltd. and controls matters of the BETONIQ Factories Ltd. as a holding company.

Executive Officers

Event Promoter
The Event Promoter organizes sales events or participates at other national or regional Real Estate sales events, with the goal to sell the BETONIQ JV's products or enable the BETONIQ Real Estate Agents to do so.

External Transport Driver
The External Transport Driver transports the precast concrete products from the factory site to the construction site.

External Transport Planner
The External Transport Planner schedules all logistics outside the BETONIQ Factory premises.

External Transport Supervisor
The External Transport Supervisor is responsible for all logistics and finishing work outside the BETONIQ Factory premises.

Facility Manager
The Facility Manager assists the Senior Facility Manager in maintaining the contracted BETONIQ Real Estate projects.

Factory

Factory Cleaner
The Factory Cleaner keeps the entire working area in the factory clean, so factory workers can do their job properly and safely.

Factory Manager
The Factory Manager is responsible for the Production and related operations and therefore controls all Production Employees to produce the necessary elements for the BETONIQ Projects that are assigned to the regarding BETONIQ Factory.

Factory Overhead Crane Operator
The Factory Overhead Crane Operator operates the overhead cranes inside the factory building to move precast elements, rebar work, moulds, concrete and other heavy items.

Fence Installer
The Fence Installer constructs fencing with precast concrete elements produced by the BETONIQ Factories.

Finance & Legal Affairs
The department Finance & Legal Affairs reviews all contracts of the BETONIQ JV and assesses other legal issues. Because contract management is very close to financial management, de legal staff is combined with the financial staff. Also the need to be financially in control as a condition for accounting approval and the implementation and execution of the risk management systems that are necessary at running large development projects combined with large production facilities, call for close collaboration between legal and finance staff.

Finance & Legal Affairs Assistant
The Finance & Legal Affairs Assistant assists the Accountants and other employees of the Finance & Legal Affairs Department on their various tasks. This regards administrative work like writing letters, filing documents and entering data.

Finance Manager
The Finance Manager controls the Finance & Legal Affairs department of a BETONIQ JV and take care of all Financial issues of the entire BETONIQ JV in such a way that the organization complies to the applicable Accounting Standards.

Forklift Driver
The Forklift Driver transports medium heavy items like steel wire or pallets with wood, around the factory.

Formworks Operative
The Formworks Operative constructs moulds based on the CAD designs of the moulds and instructions of the Moulding Foreman that are used to cast concrete in. This can be on the precast Pallets (tables) or as solitary formwork.

Foundation Carpenter
The Foundation Carpenter is responsible for on site sawing, shaping and fastening of wood to cast foundations on site for the BETONIQ buildings

Foundation Foreman
The Foundation Foreman is responsible for the creation of foundation works for the BETONIQ Buildings. This will mainly be supervising and assisting the work of the Foundation Carpenters and the On Site Steel-fixers and coordinating work schedules with project managers.

Gardener
The Gardener constructs the public and private gardens by using proper soil, installing sprinklers and planting trees, bushes and grass in the public gardens.

General Manager of a BETONIQ Factory
The General Manager of a BETONIQ Factory controls the operation of a BETONIQ Factory and controls the Factory Manager and the Senior Project Manager regarding the BETONIQ Projects that are assigned to the regarding BETONIQ Factory.

Grouter & Finisher
The Grouter & Finisher assists the Erection Foreman in fixing the precast concrete elements on site with grout and finishing the connection spots plus all other related work.

HR & Administration
In the HR & Administration department, all matters regarding the build-up and maintenance of the BETONIQ JV's workforce are dealt with.

HR Coordinator
The HR Coordinator assists the HR Manager of a BETONIQ JV in guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.

HR Manager
The HR Manager controls the HR & Administration department of a BETONIQ JV and to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.

HR Timekeeper
The HR Timekeeper assists the HR Manager and HR Coordinator of a BETONIQ JV in managing working hours and related activities (like regarding truck or crane operational hours) of all BETONIQ Factory employees and employees of other BETONIQ JV Departments.

HSE
HSE stands for "Health, Safety and Environment" (See Employee Safety Program HSE).

Infrastructure Electrician
The Infrastructure Electrician digs trenches or places electricity posts and installs electricity and communication systems to service the regarding infrastructure and to connect building to the electricity and communications net.

Internal Transporter
The Internal Transporter transports small items like tools, fittings and liquid materials, around the factory.

IT Technician
The IT Technician controls the computer systems (hardware and software) of a BETONIQ JV. The IT Technician is overall responsible for taking care of the BETONIQ needs of new software and hardware and maintaining the existing software and hardware of the BETONIQ JV and should ensure the proper use of software and hardware in the company.

Kitchen Installer
The Kitchen Installer builds and installs all kitchens in the BETONIQ projects plus all other related work.

Lift Engineer
The Lift Engineer assists the Senior MEP Engineer in the realization of elevator systems in the constructed buildings.

Lift Installer
The Lift Installer assists the Lift Engineer in installing all on site elevator systems plus all other related work.

Lineman
The Lineman is the assistant of the Project Surveyor, working on on-site measurements.

Loading Assistant
The Loading Assistant assists the Loading Foreman at loading trucks.

Loading Foreman
The Loading Foreman is responsible loading and unloading all precast concrete trucks on the Factory and Stockyard.

Management

Market
The market that uses the products a BetoniQ Factory develops, builds and delivers are situated in a circle of max 250 km around the factory sites.

Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager creates and implements marketing strategies regarding the BETONIQ JV products. To be able to do this the Marketing Manager collects relevant market information and processes that into strategies that are presented to the Senior Sales Manager and the Executive Board.

MEP Engineer
The MEP Engineer assists the Senior MEP Engineer to maintain the continuity of the on site electric, mechanical and plumbing systems, both for the constructed buildings as to enable construction works to continue.

MEP Installer
The MEP Installer installs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fittings in the moulds, based on the CAD designs of the moulds and instructions of the Moulding Foreman. This can be on the precast Pallets (tables) or as solitary formwork.

Mixing Plant Loader Driver
The Mixing Plant Loader Driver transports raw materials to be mixed in the concrete mixing plant.

Mixing Plant Operator
The Mixing Plant Operator controls the mixing plant to mix the most optimal concrete for the factory.

Mould Oiler & Cleaner
The Mould Oiler & Cleaner oils and cleans the moulds and precast pallets, following instructions by the Moulding Foreman.

Moulding Foreman
The Moulding Foreman is responsible for all work in the Moulds Unit, where all moulds are produced that is used to cast the different precast products that are produced in the BETONIQ Factory.

Office Assistant
The Office Assistant assists the HR Manager, HR Coordinators, HR Timekeepers and the IT Technician of the BETONIQ JV, but also assist other BETONIQ JV Departments and - if the offices of the BETONIQ Factory are combined with the BETONIQ JV departments - also assists administrative staff of the BETONIQ Factory, and directs the Office Cleaners. The Office Assistant maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications, maintains supplies and equipment, does picking-up and delivering of items and serves visitors.

Office Cleaner
The Office Cleaner cleans the offices of the Front Desk, the Finance & Legal Affairs, HR&Administration , Sales and Design departments and other adjacent office space of the BETONIQ JV, or - when the offices of the BETONIQ Factory are attached - also the offices of the BETONIQ Factory.

On Site Crane Driver
The On Site Crane Driver operates the mobile on site cranes to move and position precast elements and other heavy materials in the building construction.

On Site Loader Driver
The On Site Loader Driver transports and moves raw materials and sand to prepare a site for constructing infrastructure.

On Site Mason
The On Site Mason repairs all damages of the Precast Elements delivered or erected in the BETONIQ projects.

On Site Painter
The On Site Painter assists the On Site Painting Foreman in executing all on site paint work (façades, inner walls and ceilings) plus all other related work.

On Site Painting Foreman
The On Site Painting Foreman is responsible for the activities of the On Site Painters.

On Site Repair Foreman
The On Site Repair Foreman is responsible for the surveys and execution regarding all on site repair work.

On Site Steel-fixer
The On Site Steel-fixer is responsible for on site steel-fixing. This will mainly be on site foundation works for the BETONIQ precast concrete buildings or some exceptional construction work like gated community buildings.

On Site Tiler
The On Site Tiler assists the On Site Tiling Foreman in executing all on site tiling work (floors and sanitary walls) plus all other related work.

On Site Tiling Foreman
The On Site Tiling Foreman is responsible for the activities of the On Site Tilers.

Plumber
The Plumber assists the Plumbing Foreman in fixing all plumbing, waterworks and sanitary appliances plus all other related work.

Plumbing Foreman
The Plumbing Foreman is responsible for the activities of the on site Plumbers.

Product
The product consists of residential (apartments and ground-based), non-residential projects (parking garages, stadiums, hospitals, industrial buildings), commercial projects (offices, hotels, shopping centres) and infrastructure (bridges). A very important product for the private developments - but also third parties - will be the precast concrete elements that are delivered by the BETONIQ factory to other construction firms.

Production
The department Production is responsible for the production of all precast concrete elements that are used in the BETONIQ Projects.

Production Electrical Engineer
The Production Electrical Engineer is responsible for the continuity of the electric factory systems, by keeping these systems running at all times (with smart backup systems) and taking care of the maintenance of theses systems.

Production Maintenance Electrician
The Production Maintenance Electrician assists the Production Electrical Engineer keeping the electric factory systems running at all times (with smart backup systems) and taking care of the maintenance of theses systems.

Production Maintenance Mechanic
The Production Maintenance Mechanic assists the Production Mechanic Engineer keeping the mechanic factory systems running at all times (with smart backup systems) and taking care of the maintenance of these systems.

Production Mechanic Engineer
The Production Mechanic Engineer is responsible for the continuity of the mechanic factory systems, by keeping these systems running at all times (with smart backup systems) and taking care of the maintenance of these systems.

Production Planner
The Production Planner plans an optimal production process in the BETONIQ Factory. This position will be the focal point in creating a production scheduling system for the BETONIQ Production process.

Production Safety Engineer
The Production Safety Engineer ensures the well-being of the people and property in and around the BETONIQ Factory. The Production Safety Engineer combines knowledge of engineering, as well as health or safety regulations related to their discipline to keep work environments, building and people safe from harm. The Production Safety Engineer helps the BETONIQ JV to lower costs of insurance and comply with laws and regulations related to health and safety.

Production Safety Officer
The Production Safety Officer executes inspections regarding the well-being of the people and property in and around the BETONIQ Factory. The Production Safety Officer combines knowledge of engineering, as well as health or safety regulations related to their discipline to keep work environments, building and people safe from harm. The Production Safety Officer helps BETONIQ JV to lower costs of insurance and comply with laws and regulations related to health and safety.

Production Security Officer
The Production Security Officer is responsible for security of materials and people inside and directly outside the factory premises.

Production Steel-fixer
The Production Steel-fixer connects steel bars/rods by using thin steel binding wire, as per the design and instructions by the Rebar Production Supervisor.

Production Stores Assistant
The Production Stores Assistant assists the Production Stores Supervisor at purchasing material as required by the production store and individual factory workers.

Production Stores Supervisor
The Production Stores Supervisor purchases material as required by the production store and individual factory workers by placing internal purchase orders to be processed by the Purchase Officer.

Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is overall responsible for the production by the units of the BETONIQ Factory and holds overview on all daily production works in such a way that production runs smooth and complies with the project planning and quality and safety standards.

Production Surveyor
The Production Surveyor secures the required amounts of materials in the production process.

Production Trainer
The Production Trainer trains new (often local) employees to master the different jobs in the BETONIQ Factory.

Project
A BETONIQ Projects is a delimited construction job, and is always labelled with a project code, like BG-0001.

Project Engineer
The Project Engineer clears all technical on-site issues to realizes project of the regarding BETONIQ Factory within the financial and schedule estimates that are the basis for the acquisition of the project.

Project Evaluation Meeting
After finishing a building project, every project will be evaluated by the Senior Project Manager, Factory Manager, Senior Sales Manager, the regarding Project Manager and Real Estate Agent. Here, according to step 12 of Pr1 Acquisition, Development and Sales, the project will be evaluated. This meeting is called BETONIQ JV Project Evaluation Meeting.

Project List
The Project Lists are overviews of all pending projects of the entire BETONIQ company. The list refers to the Project Sheets that are kept for every acquisition. For every project one Project Manager is appointed and registered on Project Sheets. It’s his task to inform the management of BETONIQ about the progress that is made in this project.

Project Manager
The Project Manager realizes projects of the regarding BETONIQ Factory within the financial and schedule estimates that are the basis for the acquisition of the project. For each project, one Project Manager and one Real Estate Agent are selected and are listed in the Project List as responsible person. The task of the Project Manager is to control the process of the project, generate up-to-date management information and to report the project status to the Senior Project Manager.

Project Plotter
The Project Plotter manages all on site drawings on the BETONIQ construction sites. The Project Plotter prints, distributes, stores drawings and keeps track on version management of the drawings. Also management of other on site printed documents is a task of the Project Plotter.

Project Preparation Meeting
Before the building permit is issued, the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager discuss the gathering of all necessary information plus the optimization of the project. The Project Manager informs the Real Estate Agent regarding the progress and (optimized) details of the projects in the BETONIQ JV Project Preparation Meeting. After the building permit is issued the Production Supervisor, Production Planner and Production Surveyor will also attend the BETONIQ JV Project Preparation Meeting to discuss the proper preparation steps the project needs. Both as is described in Pr2 Production. Once the first precast element is transported to the site, the BETONIQ JV Project Preparation Meeting can decide to bring frequency down or even stop this meeting. The first meeting will be logged as Upstart Meeting (USM).

Project Safety Engineer
The Project Safety Engineer ensures the well-being of the people and property in and around the BETONIQ construction sites. The Project Safety Engineer combines knowledge of engineering, as well as health or safety regulations related to their discipline to keep work environments, building and people safe from harm. The Project Safety Engineer helps BETONIQ JV to lower costs of insurance and comply with laws and regulations related to health and safety.

Project Safety Officer
The Project Safety Officer executes inspections regarding the well-being of the people and property in and around the BETONIQ construction sites. The Project Safety Officer combines knowledge of engineering, as well as health or safety regulations related to their discipline to keep work environments, building and people safe from harm. The Project Safety Officer helps BETONIQ JV to lower costs of insurance and comply with laws and regulations related to health and safety.

Project Surveyor
The Project Surveyor secures measurements necessary for positioning the building on the plot and for measurements necessary for positioning precast elements and other elements like doors and windows in the right position in the constructed building.

Project Trainer
The Project Trainer trains new (often local) employees to master the different jobs on the BETONIQ construction sites.

Project Website
A Project Website is a website that is dedicated to the regarding BetoniQ project. All project information can be found on these websites like housing types, prices, specifications, warranties, mortgage possibilities, reservation forms, 3D presentations, publications, info of Sales Events and other relevant information.

Projects
The Projects department is responsible for realizing infrastructure and foundations and the erection of all BETONIQ's precast concrete buildings.

Projects Meeting
In the BETONIQ JV - Projects Meeting all pending projects are discussed regarding the progress of the production.

Purchase Officer
The Purchase Officer is responsible for the purchase of all necessary raw materials, subcontracts and other outside resources.

QA/QC Production Engineer
The QA/QC Production Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the Quality System is fully executed by all production units in the regarding BETONIQ Factory.

QA/QC Production Manager
The QA/QC Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Quality System is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner in the regarding BETONIQ Factory. The QA/QC Production Manager is delegates and assigns tasks to QA/QC Production Engineers and works closely with related factory units.

QA/QC Project Assistant
The QA/QC Project Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the Quality System is fully executed by all project units in the regarding BETONIQ Factory.

QA/QC Project Documents Controller
The QA/QC Project Documents Controller is responsible for ensuring that all Quality System documents are carefully collected, processed and stored by all project units in the regarding BETONIQ project sites.

QA/QC Project Manager
The QA/QC Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Quality System is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner on the regarding BETONIQ project sites. The QA/QC Project Manager delegates and assigns tasks to QA/QC Project Assistants and works closely with related project units.

QA/QC Project Timekeeper
The QA/QC Project Timekeeper is responsible for keeping track on working hours, the planning of workers and the registration of work hours related to the projects.

Quality Manager
The Quality Manager designs, maintains and constantly improves the Quality System of the entire BETONIQ organization. The Quality Manager is directly responsible for the Quality System of all Finance & Legal Affairs, HR & Administration, Sales and Design departments of each BETONIQ JV and indirectly responsible for the Quality System of the Production and Projects departments of each BETONIQ Factory that are operated by the QA/QC Managers of the regarding BETONIQ Factory. Tasks of the Quality Manager are: Manage the Quality System and ensure that requirements of ISO 9001are met. Keep the CEO's updated on the functioning of the Quality System and suggest opportunities for improvement or need for changes. Prepare and maintain the Quality System. Hold management reviews on the Quality System. Execution of internal audits as required. Ensure that required corrective and preventive actions have been carried out. Ensure that Quality Meetings are held as per Quality System.

Quality System
The Quality System serves to give insight in the structure of the company, the company processes, how employees work and how these processes and the growth of the company is being controlled. In the Quality System all internal rules can be found that are used to secure and constantly improve the quality of the BETONIQ products and company processes.

Real Estate Agent
The Real Estate Agent of a BETONIQ JV sells (parts of) a project within the financial and schedule estimates that are the basis for the acquisition of the project. This can be to end-users or to institutional investors

Rebar
A rebar (short for reinforcing bar) is a common steel bar that is commonly used as a tension device in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures, to strengthen and hold the concrete in compression. It is usually in the form of carbon steel bars or wires, and the surfaces may be deformed for a better bond with the concrete. It is also known as reinforcing steel and reinforcement steel.

Rebar Installer
The Rebar Installer installs pre-assembled rebar elements in the moulds, based on the CAD designs of the moulds and instructions of the Moulding Foreman. This can be on the precast Pallets (tables) or as solitary formwork.

Rebar Production Supervisor
The Rebar Production Supervisor is responsible for all work in the Reinforcement Unit, where all rebar is produced that is used in the different precast products of the BETONIQ Factory.

Rebar Welder
The Rebar Welder connects steel bars/rods by welding them together as per the design and instructions by the Rebar Production Supervisor.

Receptionist
The Receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, notifies company personnel of visitor arrival and maintains security and telecommunications system of the BETONIQ JV.

Repair Foreman
The Repair Foreman is responsible for all repair work that has to be done on Precast Concrete elements stored in the Stockyard of the BETONIQ Factory.

Repair Mason
The Repair Mason repairs all damages of the Precast Elements stored in the BETONIQ Factory stockyard.

Risk Management
BETONIQ uses the Risk Management Norm NEN-ISO 31000-2009 as basis for their Risk Management System. The term "Risk Management" is described as "The coordinated activities to direct and control an organization with regard to Risk ".

Risk Management Policy
The Risk Management Policy states the organization's objectives for, and commitment to, risk Management.

Sales
In the Sales department apartments, bungalows, luxury villas, commercial Real Estate or public real estate like hospitals, churches, municipality offices, made by the BETONIQ JV are sold.

Sales Event
A Sales Event is an Event organised by BETONIQ Event Promoters or other Real Estate promoters where BETONIQ products are sold or marketed that will also be attended by the regarding BETONIQ Real Estate Agents.

Senior Facility Manager
The Senior Facility Manager is responsible for the maintenance of contracted BETONIQ Real Estate projects.

Senior MEP Engineer
The Senior MEP Engineer is responsible for the continuity of the on site electric, mechanical and plumbing systems, both for the constructed buildings as to enable construction works to continue.

Senior Project Manager
The task of the Senior Project Manager is to control all projects personnel and especially a team of project managers that realize projects within the financial and schedule estimates that are the basis for the acquisition of the project.

Senior Sales Manager
The Senior Sales Manager controls the Sales department of a BETONIQ JV and is responsible for selling the products of the regarding BETONIQ Factories.

Senior Structural Engineer
The Senior Structural Engineer takes end-responsibility regarding the structural engineering of BETONIQ designs and the coaching of the other BETONIQ JV's Structural Engineers.

Sewage Worker
The Sewage Worker digs trenches and installs sewage systems to service the regarding infrastructure and to connect building sewers.

Shareholders Meeting
There are two kinds of Shareholders Meetings in the BETONIQ Organization: The BETONIQ JV Shareholders Meeting and the BETONIQ Factories Ltd. Shareholders Meeting where the regarding shareholders meet and discuss the way the (part of the) company is managed.

Site Engineer
The Site Engineer technically designs the setup of the construction site to achieve the most efficient logistics and foundation design, all within the financial and schedule estimates that are the basis for the acquisition of the project.

Site Stores Assistant
The Site Stores Assistant assists the Site Stores Foreman at purchasing material as required by the site store and individual construction workers by placing internal purchase orders to be processed by the Purchase Officer.

Site Stores Foreman
The Site Stores Foreman purchases material as required by the site store and individual construction workers by placing internal purchase orders to be processed by the Purchase Officer.

Stair & Column Operative
The Stair & Column Operative constructs and operates moulds for stairs and columns based on the CAD designs of the moulds and instructions of the Moulding Foreman that are used to cast concrete in.

Stockyard Operative
The Stockyard Operative assists all stockyard workers at managing logistics on the BETONIQ Factory stockyard.

Stockyard Overhead Crane Operator
The Stockyard Overhead Crane Operator operates the overhead cranes outside the factory building, in the Stockyard, to move precast elements, rebar work, moulds, concrete and other heavy items.

Stockyard Painter
The Stockyard Painter paints all Precast Elements stored in the BETONIQ Factory stockyard.

Stockyard Supervisor
The Stockyard Supervisor is responsible for all logistics and finishing work in the stockyard of a BETONIQ Factory.

Street Worker
The Street Worker creates solid sand beddings and paves or asphalts roads and sidewalks.

Structural Engineer
A Structural Engineer works on the structural engineering of BETONIQ designs in such a way that precast concrete elements and foundations are cost efficient, strong and safe.

Structural Engineering
Structural engineering deals with the analysis and design of structures that support or resist loads. Structural engineers must ensure their designs satisfy given design criteria, predicated on safety (e.g. structures must not collapse without due warning) or serviceability and performance (e.g. building sway must not cause discomfort to the occupants). Structural engineering theory is based upon physical laws and empirical knowledge of the structural performance of different materials and geometries. Structural engineering design utilizes a number of simple structural elements to build complex structural systems. Structural engineers are responsible for making creative and efficient use of funds, structural elements and materials to achieve these goals.

Tilter
The Tilter tilts the precast concrete pallets to be able to releases precast concrete from the pallets (tables) in the BETONIQ Factory.

USM (Upstart Meeting)
The first Projects Meeting will be referred to as "Upstart Meeting (USM)".

Wagon Driver
The Wagon Driver transports raw materials and equipment to and from a site for constructing infrastructure.

Web Designer
The Web Designer is responsible for setting up and maintaining the project websites where the BETONIQ JV's products are sold plus assist the QA/QC Production Manager and QA/QC Project manager in maintaining the BETONIQ Intranet.

Weighbridge Operative
The Weighbridge Operative operates weighbridge that is located at the truck entrance of the Stockyard, to weigh trucks with loads that come in and go out of the factory site, to check the amounts of products that are transported to and from the factory.

Welding Robot Operator
The Welding Robot Operator operates the welding robot (automated welding machine) to do the welding of steel bars as per the CAD-design.
