BETONIQ JV Nigeria Ltd. - Acquisition List
In the BETONIQ file system, all acquisition information and update files can be found an edited. These files will be up to date available on our intranet. All BETONIQ management share these files but only the Acquisition Manager will be enabled to change these files. Only the Quality Manager will be able to create new Acquisition documents and will copy these files from the default document 'BN-A0000X Projectname, city (template Acquisition Overview files)' from the "Quality System / Acquisition List" map, then rename them with the proper name and add the regarding information. The Quality Manager will then Publish the document on the internet. When both check boxes are checked, this document can only be viewed by the BETONIQ Management. The hyperlink will then be copied in the "Pending Acquisitions" list on this page by the Quality Manager. Only the Acquisition Manager will be able to change the documents. When Acquisitions can be archived, the Quality Manager will move the items to the "Archived Acquisitions" list, at the bottom of this page.
